· In daylight or bright environments, the device is in full color mode. At night or in low light conditions, the device automatically switches to B/W night vision mode, and the infrared light automatically turns on (the switching is caused by the photosensitive element on the device sensing changes in ambient light, and manual control is not supported). This is a normal phenomenon.
· If there is the overexposure image in real-time preview of outdoor camera, please try to set the Anti-flicker settings to OFF
· Click [Settings] icon in the Device list, select [Advanced settings]-[Anti-flicker settings] and switch it into OFF
· Some products support the "Image settings" function, click [More]-[Image settings] on the real-time preview interface, and you can select three statuses [Auto] [Full color] [B&W]
[Auto] Image attributes are automatically adjusted by the system program. Device provides full-color image in good lighting conditions and switches to lR B&W night vision in low light conditions
[Full color] The fixed image is full color, and will not switch automatically to black and white mode
[B&W] The fixed image is black and white, and will not switch automatically to full color mode
Note: If the real-time preview interface does not display the Image settings icon, this function is not supported
· Please try to power off the device and power it on again after the temperature drops. If it recovers, it is the heat problem. If it is still the same, it may be a sensor problem. Please contact the seller for after-sale service
1) Please check that the device lens has no water vapor and other obstructions
a. If the outside of the lens is fogged, you can wipe the lens directly to remove water vapor
b. If the inside of the lens is fogged, water may have entered the device and you need to remove the water vapor after disassembling the device
2) Please check the lens's focus situation, you can try to adjust the lens manually to a clear picture. If the device lens is fixed and can not be screwed, please contact the seller for after-sales service
· Noise is generally caused by overheating of the device or malfunction of the sensor chip. Picture noise will affect the image quality and cause problems such as excessively large video files or frequent device alarms
1) Try to shut down the device for a while and then reboot the device
2) Try to upgrade the device to the latest firmware version
3) If the upgrade fails to be resolved, please contact the seller for after-sales service
· Unstable or jittery picture is generally due to unstable voltage of the device or malfunction of the image sensor, which may cause frequent alarms of the device
1) Please attempt to replace the power plug and power cord to reconnect
2) If it is not resolved, please contact the seller for after-sales service
The image left and right mirror
· On some devices, when the image is inverted, it appears to be a left and right mirror image. This phenomenon is a hardware feature and cannot be adjusted
The image flips upside down
· Please click [More] - [Inversion] button in the real-time preview interface in the APP to flip the image to correct direction
Note: In dual-len device, if the images up and down are reverse, please contact the technician (Support center)
