· After the APP connects to the camera, click the [Settings] icon in the device list-[Advanced settings]-[Device voice prompt], you can choose to turn on or off the camera system voice prompts. After the settings are completed, return to the previous layer to take effect

  Note: Only devices that support this function will show this option in the setting list, and other devices will not show this option

  · For products that support light control, click [More]-[Light control] on the real-time preview interface, and you can select [ON] [Auto] [OFF]

    [ON] The controlled light remains on, but flood light device will turn off automatically after 2 hours

    [Auto] The system program controls the light on or off state

    [OFF] The controlled light remains off and will not turn on automatically

  · Click [Settings] icon in the Device list, select [Light settings]-[Timing lights] to set start time and end time

  Note: If the setting interface does not display the [Light settings] icon, this function is not supported

  1) In auto mode, devices with white light do not light up during the day. You can click to turn on the light to test whether the white light is normal

  2) In auto mode, when a device with white light is in night vision mode, if motion detection is triggered, the white light will turn on (as a light warning). If not triggered, the white light will automatically turn off

  3) If the above operation does not work, it may be a hardware malfunction. Please contact the seller for after-sales service

Click [More]-[Display Mode] on the real-time preview interface to switch between [Vertical original screen] and [Vertical multiple-screen] modes

  · The vertical original image mode is an inverted "品"-shaped layout

  · The vertical multiple-screen mode is a vertical arrangement of three screens. If the phone screen is too short to fully display the three screens, a scroll block will appear. You can use the scroll block to move the current screen vertically

The vertical and horizontal triple screens switch to a single screen

  · Double-click the screen area to switch to the single screen mode of the corresponding lens

  · In the vertical and horizontal single screens, you can switch between the "fixed left", "fixed right", and "moving perspective" preview screens by swiping left and right

  Note: If the real-time preview interface does not display the [Display Mode] icon, this function is not supported

Single and dual screens switching

  · In the preview interface of the vertical and horizontal screens of multi-lens device, double-click the preview screen to switch to single screen mode and dual screen mode of the corresponding lens

Vertical Screen Mode - Dual Screen Preview

  · The preview screen supports to view the screen of fixed lens and PTZ lens camera at the same time

    1) Fixed lens screen: Fixed angle of view, usually using wide-angle lens, used to monitor the overall situation

    2) PTZ lens screen: The PTZ angle can be adjusted, track and monitor moving targets, and can also be used for the blind spot outside the fixed lens screen. PTZ lens usually uses telephoto lens, can be used to view the details of the screen in the distance

Horizontal Screen Mode - Full Screen Preview & Picture-in-Picture Preview

    1) Full Screen Preview: You can switch to horizontal screen mode when previewing, default "Dual Display(Left/Right)" mode. Click the [More] icon in the bottom right corner to switch between "Dual Display(Left/Right)" and "Picture-in-Picture" modes

      a. Switch screen: Use the "switch screen" function to switch between the fixed lens and PTZ lens screens

      b. Picture-in-Picture mode: Click the "Picture-in-Picture" function to turn on or off Picture-in-Picture preview mode

    2) Picture-in-Picture Preview mode: Preview two screens at the same time in Picture-in-Picture mode

      a. Screen swap: Click the "Screen swap" button or the small window area to switch between the fixed lens and PTZ lens screens

      b. Adjust the position of the small window: Click the "adjust position" button to adjust the position of the small window in clockwise order (dragging the small window to adjust the position is not supported at present)
